Senior Regional Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, family, collateral or group psychotherapy to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Conducts intakes and evaluations prior to assigning cases to other therapists
• Completes written progress notes and treatment plans contemporaneously using Electronic Health Records
• Participates in scheduled supervision
• Checks emails daily and responds to them in a timely manner
• Completes annual mandated OPWDD trainings as required by the agency
• Actively participates as a member of the Behavioral Health team

• Graduate of an accredited Masters level Social Work or Psychology or Counseling program
• Holds a professional license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Psychologist)
• Several years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities
• Several years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in a second language a plus
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptional Organization skills

Demonstrates expertise in providing psychotherapy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including conducting intakes, evaluations, and developing treatment plans. Holds a professional license and possesses strong organizational and writing skills essential for effective case management.
