Travel Cath Lab Technologist (New York, NY

The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. This role requires strong clinical expertise in hemodynamic monitoring, sterile technique, and cardiovascular anatomy within a fast-paced cardiac environment.

• Scrub and assist during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and procedural equipment
• Perform and monitor hemodynamic measurements during procedures
• Assist with angioplasty, stent placements, and other interventional cardiology procedures
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedural data
• Maintain compliance with infection control and radiation safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of Cath Lab experience
• At least 1 year of recent scrubbing experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
• Strong understanding of interventional cardiology techniques
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
