You will collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Lead to deliver high-quality patient care, develop drug utilization reviews, and lead education for pharmacists and residents.
The role requires NYS Pharmacist licensure within 3 months, completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency in Pharmacy, and strong pediatrics
