We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting within a state-of-the-art facility.
Key responsibilities include- evaluating patients' medical history, impairments, and functional status
- developing comprehensive treatment plans
- prioritizing patient needs
- assessing and providing appropriate interventions, education, and equipment
- documenting treatments and patient progress in compliance with professional and organizational standards
- a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
- preferably, at least 1 year of experience, though recent graduates are welcome
- medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- retirement plans

Note:
This is an in‑person role with a starting salary of $79,000 annually, with room for growth based on experience and qualifications.
