- Washes, dust, polishes, disinfects and vacuums furnishings, bath fixtures and standard room fixtures in resident rooms, corridors and other rooms in the area.
- Scours and polishes sink, tubs, mirrors and similar equipment, replenishing supplies of soap, towels, and other dispensable items.
- Terminally cleans resident room, bathroom, bed and furnishing for new resident arrivals
- Follows infection control policies to prevent cross contamination of resident rooms and furnishings.
- Clean Resident and public bathrooms in your area.
- Empty wastebasket and wipe or wash as necessary in all resident rooms and bathrooms.
- Clean interior windows when required.
- Washes and spot clean walls, baseboards, doors and floors.
- Assist with bed changes and room changes.
- Cleans wheelchairs, Geri chairs and other furniture as required.
- Answer pages.
- Be sent out of the facility when necessary.
