Location: New York

This position is a full-time, in-person position, and may require fulfilling shifts at multiple locations within a 45-minute radius.

Curated Mental Health, a boutique mental health outpatient practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive psychiatric care. Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, second opinion diagnostic consultations, intensive outpatient treatment, medication management, and cutting-edge interventional treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine REMS, and, for select highly treatment-refractory cases, intravenous ketamine. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our clinical team and further our mission of delivering exceptional mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:
  • Screen prospective patients and conduct comprehensive psychiatric intake visits.
  • Utilize internal guidelines to govern day-to-day activities and ensure consistency in patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the psychiatric team.
  • Provide ongoing support, counseling, and case management to patients.
  • Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in social work and behavioral health treatment.
Administrative Duties:
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.
  • Contribute to quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Engage in educational efforts within the practice, including training and development for clinical staff.
  • Participate in weekend calls every three months or provide emergency coverage as needed.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure in the State of New York (LMSW or LCSW).
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strongly Preferred:
  • Experience in conducting psychiatric intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with interventional psychiatric treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and IV ketamine.
  • Additional certification in relevant areas such as substance abuse, trauma-informed care, or crisis intervention.
