Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. • Workunder the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to assist with treatment programs
• Record treatment in medical records
• Communicates with interdisciplinary team members regarding resident progress, problems, andplans
• Records daily treatments and labor according to facility procedure
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance or home exercise programs
• Coordinate with inter-departmental personnel

• Degree from an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited School of Occupational Therapy
• CurrentNYS licensure
