Activities Aide

Centers Health Care is seeking an Activities Aide to support engaging, person-centered programs for residents in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will assist in planning and leading group and individual activities that promote social interaction, physical movement, and cognitive stimulation. You'll collaborate with clinical staff, escort residents safely to activities, document participation, and help maintain supplies and spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading individual and group activities for patients and residents
• Support social, physical, and cognitive engagement through daily programs
• Escort and assist residents to and from activities safely
• Document participation and respond to residents' needs during programs
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to tailor activities to care plans
• Help set up, clean, and maintain activity spaces and materials
• Promote an inclusive, respectful, and positive environment for participants
