Psychiatrist

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a dedicated Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive mental health care across leading hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, manage medications, and deliver crisis intervention for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate differential diagnoses
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic interventions
• Provide ongoing medication management and monitor treatment response and side effects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospitals and clinics to coordinate patient care
• Document all patient encounters in EHR systems in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements
• Participate in case conferences, quality initiatives, and professional development activities
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments for acutely distressed patients
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
