Position Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting providers and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for adult primary care patients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a medical office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document clinical results reviewed with providers and communicate information to patients
  • Respond to patient medical inquiries as directed by providers
  • Process medication refills accurately and efficiently
  • Complete medical and administrative forms
  • Assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a medical office required
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
