We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Director to lead our Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Center in Queens. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Adult Day Health Care Center.
- Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support interdisciplinary staff.
- Develop and implement programs that promote participants' health, safety, and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with participants, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Maintain high standards of quality care and customer service.
- Social Work degree preferred (BSW or MSW), or equivalent experience in an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) setting.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of New York State ADHC regulations is a plus.
- Passion for serving seniors and individuals with chronic health needs.
