Connected Homecare is looking to hire Home Health Aides in Rockland County NY, . The Home Health Aides will be working with seniors in their homes. Responsibilities include all personal care needs. Meal prep and light housekeeping.

Qualifications:

- Ability to care for patients
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus
