We're seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Supervisor to lead a highly skilled imaging team at our Weill Cornell campus. In This Role, You Will:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Interventional Radiology department
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of imaging professionals
- Coordinate patient flow and departmental throughput to support efficient, high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and ACR requirements
- Provide work direction, training, and ongoing staff support
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions as appropriate
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance needs
- Assist with inventory management and recommend new equipment and supply purchases
- Support departmental initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree
- ARRT Certification in CT or Interventional Radiology (VI)
- Previous experience supervising radiology staff in a hospital setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
- New York State Radiological Technologist license
- Minimum of five years progressive radiology experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, physicians, staff, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily operations, prioritize workflow, and maintain high standards of patient care and service
