Job DescriptionJoin an early-stage healthtech team as the founding operating backbone. You will partner with the CEO to scale a unified system of record for senior care. This critical role bridges strategic growth, complex clinical billing, and operational excellence to transform how families and providers navigate the healthcare system for aging populations.

- Establish and manage complex clinical billing rails, including Medicare enrollment, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 workflows.
- Build the reporting backbone to track outcomes and lead data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.
- Generalist operator with a proven track record of bringing structure to complex, messy, and highly ambiguous environments.
- Direct clinical billing experience, specifically working with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance claims and provider credentialing.
- High-output individual who thrives in an in-person, early-stage environment and values extreme ownership and low ego.
