Provide compassionate patient focus and superior customer service
-keeping our fast-paced environments running smoothly. Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties at the unit nursing station to assure the timely, efficient and accurate flow of patient information. Welcome and direct visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas. Page nurses and answer phones on your unit. Sign for important medical deliveries. Cultivate a courteous and respectful demeanor while multitasking between people and responsibilities.

This is a part-time position, 3PM- 11:15 PM, alternate weekends. Position located at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

• Ideal candidates will have experience in a healthcare environment.
• We're seeking individuals with extensive customer service experience and a desire to Put Patients First.

• Qualified candidates have at least one year of previous clerical experience and basic computer knowledge.
• High School Diploma required.
