Manhattanville Health Care Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship while developing strong clinical skills in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Track progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, OT, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Clinical Fellowship supervision and mentorship provided
