Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Recreation Aide tojoin the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Recreation Aide at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

• Prepare recreational programs and activities to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of residents
• Maintain records of residents’ attendance and participation in activities
• Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary
• Follow care plans in providing daily activities for residents
• Encourage residents totake part in personal development
• Promote physical,social, and mental well-being of residents

• High school diploma orits equivalent
• Strong interpersona land communication skills
• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Previous experience inlong-term care
