It is a 576-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the heart of Staten Island. It is our mission to serve the residents of Staten Island through the provision of high quality, affordable and accessible health services.

Pay Range: $30-$43 Per Hour (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team
- Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to support resident goals
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
