Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) – Fairview Skilled Rehab
Position Summary:
Fairview Skilled Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities:- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Document resident progress accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
- Current New York State OTA/COTA license.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
