Location: New York
Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in New York. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized OT plans, and help them perform daily activities independently.
A NY license and accredited program are required; experience in geriatric care is preferred but new grads are welcome. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, medical/vision/dental, PTO from day one, 401(k), and mentorship.
