We are currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position.
Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation(ADOR) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
ADOR Responsibilities- Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.
- Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
- Assist therapists as assigned by the director
- The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP)
- Prior therapy experience in Long-Term Care / sub-acute settings
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication& interpersonal skills required
- Positive, team-player attitude
- Understanding Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulatory of the therapy services at the state and federal level
