Location: Potsdam
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Ultrasound
Nights, 8:00 pm–6:00 am, Monday–Thursday. No weekends and no call.
Daily volume of 8–10 exams in a busy, fast-paced department with 4 exam rooms.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience required.
- Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS, AB, OB, VASC.
- EPIC charting experience is required.
- Preferred experience with neonates, infants, and pediatrics.
- Ability to perform OB, general abdomen, GYN, breast imaging, and vascular procedures.
- Experience with portable exams is expected.
- Perform ultrasound scans independently and handle a variety of studies.
- Conduct examinations such as OB, breast, vascular (DVT), and general abdomen.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and provide cross-coverage as needed.
- Utilize EPIC for charting patient information accurately.
State license required. Distance restrictions apply; candidates must be over 50 miles from the facility.
