We provide weekly clinical supervision aimed at promoting the effective accumulation of clinical hours. This structured support is designed to enhance professional development and ensure a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices.

The MHOTRS Licensed Clinician will offer individual, group, and family services for individuals of all ages and for a full range of behavioral health conditions. Our clinic delivers integrated behavioral health services with a robust team of providers. The Clinician is responsible for the provision of direct clinical services and coordination with other agencies serving the clients. The Clinician will demonstrate particular competence in providing trauma-related care, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

The Clinician must possess the ability to engage and affect change through a person-centered model. The Clinician will support recovery by providing services that reflect our deeply held values that include the recognition of individual rights of self-determination, choice, shared decision-making, and collaboration. The Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices, embracing trauma-informed and person-centered approaches. The Clinician will demonstrate co-occurring competence to deliver services that are integrated and holistic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide culturally sensitive direct clinical services, which may include but are not limited to: assessment and treatment planning, individual, family and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and community consultation and education.
• Document client progress in a timely manner, ensuring records comply with agency policies and regulatory requirements, following established methods and procedures.
• Identify social determinants of health needs, such as case management, and coordinate with other agencies and community resources.
• Coordinate treatment, including treatment transition with other community agencies and services.
• Participate in program development and in training programs.
• Follow the established clinical policies & procedures.
• Maintain appropriate professional standards.
• Other designated or related duties.
