Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter (NCS) seeks a compassionate Substance Use Counselor for the Chance for Change program, an OASAS-licensed outpatient clinic serving adults facing homelessness, SUD, and mental health challenges. You will provide integrated treatment in a clubhouse-based setting, including individual and group counseling, SBIRT, and MAT referrals.
