Person Centered Care Services (PCCS) is seeking a Support Broker to empower Self-Directed participants by coordinating budgets, staffing actions, and Circle of Support teams. You will facilitate team meetings, align staffing with the participant's Life Plan, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
The role requires at least 1 year of experience with people with Intellectual Disabilities (OPWDD preferred), a High School diploma or GED, and Spanish language skills preferred.
