Rockaway Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout Brooklyn and surrounding areas
.

We understand that location matters. Our team will work to connect you with available clients based on where you live, your preferred work area, your availability, and current case openings
.

As an HHA/PCA with Rockaway Home Care, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Assisting with meals and daily routines
• Providing medication reminders as permitted
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate care team
• Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided
• Following the client's established plan of care

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect
• Previous home care experience preferred, but not required
