Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families while building a rewarding career in early intervention and ABA.
You’ll work with toddlers ages 2–3, providing individualized, play-based ABA services in the child's home.
We are currently providing services to families in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.
Required Qualifications:- Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and Spanish- and English-speaking families
- Passion for working with toddlers and young children
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow clinical guidance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working with young children or families
- Previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support
- Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to toddlers ages 2–3
- Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Support children's communication, social, behavioral, and developmental goals
- Collect and accurately record clinical data
- Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking caregivers and other members of the child's care team
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other professionals
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
- Consistent, reliable hours with bi-monthly pay
- Comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support
- Structured sessions with clear programs and guidance from experienced clinicians
