As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and individualized care to our clients in their homes. Your duties may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs, reporting changes to the team
• Providing assistance with household chores and light housekeeping
• Assisting with medication management
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
