Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — AI Training About The Role
We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical communications professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on biomedical and clinical content. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex medical data — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for medical affairs professionals, clinical researchers, and scientific communicators who want to apply their expertise in a high-impact, forward-thinking environment.

Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical and biomedical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional (HCP) audiences
- Validate medical content, identify errors or misrepresentations, and ensure scientific integrity across AI outputs and datasets
- Interpret and assess how well AI communicates complex clinical trial data, medical evidence, and regulatory information
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems produce higher-quality medical and scientific content
- Apply your field-based MSL experience to help AI understand real-world clinical communication standards
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with direct experience engaging healthcare professionals
- Strong ability to interpret clinical data, publications, and regulatory materials
- Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role — Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or equivalent
- Comfortable evaluating written scientific content at scale with precision and consistency
- Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently within structured guidelines
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field (PharmD, MD, PhD, etc.)
- Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI quality workflows
- Familiarity with medical writing standards or regulatory communication frameworks
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading research labs and life-science organizations
