As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of older adults in a long-term care and rehabilitation center setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients and their families
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and progress
