Location: New York
Lyra Health is seeking contract nurse practitioners or certified physician assistants to join the Lyra contract provider network in Unadilla, NY. You will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care to children and adults, with intake and follow-up appointments, and coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services within a connected network.
As a contract provider, you’ll practice medication management, conduct risk assessments, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
