Location: East Shoreham
Citizens Options Unlimited in East Shoreham, NY seeks an attentive caregiver for an Intermediate Care Facility. You will support residents with daily living, help with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility, and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
The role requires a high school diploma, a valid NYS driver's license, and prior experience with /DD populations. AMAP certification is a plus. Training is provided, and safety is a priority.
