Activities Assistant​/Driver

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant/Driver to support engaging, person-centered programs for residents in our senior living community. In this role, you will help plan and lead recreational, social, and wellness activities that promote connection, purpose, and joy. You will safely transport residents to appointments and outings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and timely arrivals. Working in a resident-first, team-oriented environment, you'll collaborate with care and hospitality teams, build meaningful relationships, maintain accurate activity records, and support special events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading daily recreational, social, and wellness activities for residents
• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity during activities and transportation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate participation records and required documentation
• Help set up, clean up, and organize activity spaces and materials
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
• Support special events and holiday programs as needed
