Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

CertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to assist with treatment programs
- Record treatment inmedical records
- Communicates with interdisciplinary team members regarding resident progress, problems, and plans
- Records daily treatments and labor according to facility procedure
- Instructs families andstaff in maintenance or home exercise programs
- Coordinate withinter-departmental personnel
- Degree from an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited School of Occupational Therapy
- Current NYS licensure
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Previous experience inpost-acute/long-term care
