US is seeking a Residential Habilitation Specialist to support individuals in achieving greater independence within an Individualized Residential Alternative. You will develop plans, set goals, train staff, and document monthly progress for each individual.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least 2 years of experience with IDD populations. Strong writing and time management skills are essential.
