Physician Assistant
Salary Range: $150k-$170k (varies depending on years of experience)
A fast-growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization in New Jersey is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its collaborative clinical team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a PA who enjoys working in an innovative outpatient environment alongside orthopedic providers, rehabilitation specialists, and pain management clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations, physical assessments, and ongoing clinical follow-up visits in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Assist with procedures and deliver evidence-based patient care in accordance with established protocols and clinical standards.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, recovery expectations, treatment options, and wellness goals to support positive outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic specialists, rehabilitation providers, physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, and additional healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements that support exceptional patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical findings and treatment response.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey with compassionate, goal-oriented care.
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Physician Assistant license required.
- 1 3 years of Physician Assistant experience preferred; orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, spine, rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal experience highly valued.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient environment.
