Maximus is recruiting a Health Specialist (RN) to support the CDC INFO program, the CDC’s national contact center that provides health information to the public and professionals via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will follow scripts and protocols, use approved resources, and deliver clear, accurate guidance while maintaining quality and compliance. Training includes Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time with additional shift options; 6–12 months duration.
