Responsibilities Include:Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current New York State OT License
