AA in College Point, NY is seeking a Day Program Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BIS) to provide direct clinical services to adults with developmental disabilities and co‑occurring psychiatric conditions. The BIS develops and monitors BSPs, conducts FBAs, and trains staff to ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied behavior analysis, plus one of NYS LCSW/ Psychologist, BCBA, or NYS LBA credentials.
