This role is based onsite, where you will work within an outpatient clinic setting. Our Bayside facility is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for both patients and staff, promoting an environment of healing and teamwork. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and rehabilitation aides, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, including strength, flexibility, and movement capability assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and hands-on therapy techniques to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy as appropriate to restore patient function.
• Guide and educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and the recovery process, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to contribute insights and enhance care quality across the rehab team.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of adult patients recovering from various conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patients benefit significantly from a personalized approach that respects their individual goals and challenges, making your role critical in their journey to recovery.

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Physical Therapy are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy is required.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous, although not mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise in using therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment techniques.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
