Location: New York
Med-Metrix in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Medicaid Coordinator to join our hospital client support team. You will assist patients with Medicaid applications, gather required information, and help ensure timely processing to expedite hospital payments.
Responsibilities include screening patients by phone, enrolling in Marketplace or assisting with paper applications, verifying information, and maintaining PHI securely under HIPAA. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
