Rockaway Home Care is hiring New York State certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for client cases throughout Putnam County, NY
.

We provide care to clients across the county, including Brewster, Carmel, Mahopac, and surrounding Putnam County communities.

Our HHAs provide essential support that allows clients to remain comfortable and independent at home.

Care may include:

• Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene

• Dressing and grooming

• Toileting assistance

• Activities of daily living

• Mobility and transfer support

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders as permitted

• Light housekeeping related to client care

• Companionship

• Observing and communicating changes in client condition

• Maintaining appropriate documentation

• Following the client's established plan of care

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Reliability and professionalism

• Compassion for the people you care for

• Effective communication skills

• Previous home care experience preferred but not required

• Competitive pay of $18–$22 per hour
