Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Representative in New Hyde Park, NY. • Provides account management, manages day-to-day service operations for DME programs, and provides instruction for appropriate use and application of products.
• Verifies patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Performs routine evaluation of customer clinic needs and works with Sales and Field Service Teams to make modifications to improve DME inventory program performance.
• Travels within designated territory, monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels using inventory valuation methods, tracking orders, and investigating problems.
• Serves as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.

• A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, along with a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated patient care experience.
• Experience dealing with multiple physicians in a high-volume clinic.
• Demonstrated experience with the application of soft goods/functional bracing.
• Previous experience with inventory management programs and/or EMRs.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
