Our clients live throughout the county, including Monticello, Liberty, Wurtsboro, Jeffersonville, and surrounding Sullivan County communities.

Depending on the client's plan of care, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and assistance with hygiene

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assistance with activities of daily living

• Mobility and transfer support

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders as permitted

• Light housekeeping

• Companionship and emotional support

• Observing and reporting changes in condition

• Maintaining required documentation

• Following the client's established care plan

• A valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate

• Authorization to work in the United States

• A compassionate and dependable approach to care

• Professional communication skills

• Commitment to client safety, dignity, and independence

• Previous home care experience preferred but not required

• $18-$22 per hour

• Weekly pay
