A midwife-led New York women’s health practice providing relationship-centered maternity care focused on physiologic birth, patient autonomy, and evidence-based support through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. The Licensed Midwife will deliver full-scope care across birth center, hospital, and home settings, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, newborn, and gynecologic services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, individualized outcomes; this role offers a competitive compensation package.

• Experience providing full-scope midwifery care across prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, newborn, and gynecologic services in low-intervention settings
• Strong clinical competency in physiologic birth support, including water birth and risk-appropriate screening and escalation protocols
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited midwifery program
• State of New York (or eligible) Midwife license
