Overview
For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayed rate is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors.
Responsibilities- Under general supervision, performs the full scope of duties associated with professional pharmacy practice.
- Is empowered to use judgment in the decision‑making process within their sphere of activity.
12 midnight - 8 am, 5 days per week. 7.5 hrs. per day. Must be able to work every other weekend.
Requirements- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or Doctor of Pharmacy).
- PharmD or MS degree and/or completion of Pharmacy Residency Program may be used as a substitute for some experience.
- Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a pharmacist in hospital setting or completion of Pharmacy residency.
- Maintains professional competence through participation in continuing education programs and review of periodical literature.
- Maintains and provides proof of 15 Continuing Education credits each year.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
