Healthcare Service Representative

Overview

Our dental practice has been providing the highest quality dental care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and other institutional healthcare settings for over 40 years. We are currently searching for a talented Field Representative to join our team! The qualifying candidate will use their health care experience and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that the highest-quality dental care is being delivered to facility residents in a range of NYC and surrounding area locations.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, responsible and have a commitment to ensuring that quality patient care is always delivered with each patient’s safety, comfort, and dignity in mind.

• Provide field-based healthcare/dental care sales, customer service, and/or management support in assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Represent the practice professionally in all interactions and adhere to privacy and safety standards.

• Experience in health/dental care sales, customer service, or management is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and computer literacy.
• Professional ethics and strong workplace professionalism.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet scheduling timelines.
• Car and valid driver’s license required.
