Occupational Hand Therapist

Our client is a leader in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and they are seeking a talented Occupational Hand Therapist to help patients get back to what moves them. With a network of over 50 locations across four states and more in the works, our client is growing fast, and this is a great chance to grow with them.

Currently, they offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus which you may find useful towards personal financial priorities like relocation expenses, down payments, etc.

• Assess patients' strengths and weaknesses
• Develop creative treatment plans for individuals with injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases
• Provide excellent one-on-one care, spending up to 40 minutes with each patient
• Help patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
• Encourage patients on their road to recovery
• Work with adult and adolescent hand therapy patient caseload

• NYS Occupational Therapist License
• Strong work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification
• Certified Hand Therapist preferred or level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT
