We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a skilled nursing facility in the Bronx. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package

- Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to support functional goals
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide clinical guidance
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Educate residents and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment
- Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Experience with Rehab Optima is a plus
- New graduates are welcome
