Salary Range: $50.00 - $65.00 Commission

Responsibilities

Administer all scheduled massage treatments and related spa services.
Generate sales and revenue by recommending and/or up-selling Exhale products and services.
Maintain an ongoing repeat clientele.

Qualifications

Massage Therapy license as required by state and/or county law.
Be energetic, engaging, and eager to work and continue to develop their skills and experiences.
You must have a big heart and be able to deliver extraordinary customer service.
Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
Be courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers and members of the Leadership Team.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Must be able to perform a variety of modalities including, but not limited to, deep tissue, prenatal, body treatments and more, while ensuring guest comfort.

Physical Requirements

Very little time is spent sitting down except for initial assessment of client. Good physical stamina and endurance are required to perform massage therapy techniques, including lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity. Proper body mechanics should be used during client procedures.
